I have spent the last 12 years working across digital product & engineering teams in the public sector (BBC, NHS, Post office ltd) and the private sector (Bupa, Livi Health, EA games and Universal Pictures). During that time I haveheld Product Leadership roles focused on owning roadmaps, driving strategy and building high-performing product teams.

Most recently I have worked as a technology consultant, solving unique product problems for clients such as Astra Zeneca, Sky, Mastercard and Virgin Media. This involved understanding existing unique business problems and formulating near and long term strategic imperatives, it also enabled me to build out my own GEN AI healthcare triage proof-of-concept called PATHFINDER (https://pathfinder-ai.app/).

• Built a GEN Al health triage proof-of-concept using the Google MedPalm2 LLM called Pathfinder
• ASTRA ZENECA – Data Product ownership coaching, agile training and toolset advisory for the AZ operations product team. Focused on data mesh product development for approx 200+ data sets.
• POST OFFICE LIMITED – Leading commercial & project ops for API cataloguing & Environment strategy for New Branch IT programme servicing 11,000 UK branches.
• Released an industry first NHS app-integrated messaging service. Managing dual backlogs, boards and discovery for both parties.
• Delivered an integrated primary care solution for private partners VITALITY HEALTH insurance to improve clinician claims efficiencies.
• Led the development and launch of BUPA’s core member service platform for transactional services, omnichannel support and access to primary &secondary care serving 250k people.
• Developed and launched BUPA’s first agnostic identity layer enabling customers to retain a single access registration for multiple product types.
• Led design &build of multiple native and PWA mobile apps covering bupa- owned services like administration & wellbeing and third-party consultation and mental wellbeing propositions.
