I started my career as an Android, IOS Developer and progressively took on roles with increasing responsibilities. I have accumulated over 5 years of experience in engineering management, with a focus on Software Development. In my most recent position, I served as Project Lead where I was responsible for overseeing software development. I am an advocate of open source and have contributed to projects on GitHub. As a maintainer, I enhanced documentation and resolved issues, fostering community collaboration.

I graduated top 3% in high school mathematics and science. High school GPA was 5.0, showcasing consistent excellence. I then selected Gogte Institue of Technology for bachelor’s in Computer Science and Graduated with honors emphasizing strong academic performance and dedication. I am currently pursuing MSc Artificial Intelligence at University of St Andrews.

One notable project involved connection to two different instances of separate databases. The main challenge was maintaining both instances, and to address it, I implemented a strategy that involved state management. By fostering collaboration within the team and leveraging Expo, Firebase tools, we were able to overcome obstacles and deliver the project on time with high-quality. This experience showcased my ability to navigate complex challenges and ensure project success.

I prioritize working with individuals having both technical expertise and a strong cultural fit. Once the team is in place, I emphasize open communication, setting clear expectations, and creating an environment that encourages innovation and creativity. Conflicting priorities and tight deadlines are common in the engineering field. I approach these situations by first conducting a thorough assessment of the tasks at hand. I prioritize tasks based on their impact on project milestones and overall goals.
