Key accomplishments

For key accomplishments in the past years, I would mention leading the development of fully integrated CRM and a couple of SaaS projects from idea to launch. Not only have I been part of the core team and made the whole architecture, but I have also worked closely with product teams to ensure scalable and consistent application, look and feel of the projects. Additionally, implemented product analytics tools such as Mixpanel to track user behavior and measure product performance. I also would like to mention success in coordinating product launches and go-to-market strategies, actively gathering and prioritizing user feedback for continuous product improvements.
