Hello,

I’m Micael Katzman, a freelance UX/UI designer based in Barcelona. 

I’ve been working as a designer for more than ten years in a variety of companies, whether they were SMEs, start-ups, or multinationals being my main area of interest the transformation and application of a user-centric attitude in the corporate structure by improving internal processes and materialising products that solve real user needs.

Since last year I have been teaching UX/UI as a lead instructor, in addition to public administration courses on the creation of innovative products, services, and user-centric procedures.

    Boosting sales team

    The objective of the project was to revamp the budget process to align with the changing product landscape, the company\'s expansion, and the growing demand. - A digital tool that provided training and tips for the employees was developed to connect departments, customised to individual profiles, streamlining the budget process, and reducing uncertainties - Implementation of the digital tool led to a reduction in raw material mismatches and manufacturing errors within three months - Lean methodology was introduced, empowering employees to identify problems and suggest improvements for the tool, promoting team cohesion
