Key accomplishments
I had the unique opportunity to be part of a team that from strategy to launch, created a club management system called Encompass. This system was created for Ocean Reef Club in Key Largo, Florida.
This high-profile, member-owned club is a 2,500-acre private club community that includes a hospital, airport, hotel, marina, spa, golf courses, gym, more than 20 food and beverage operations, multiple retail outlets, and many other amenities.
I was tasked with providing UX research, business analysis, project management, wireframes, designs, and prototypes supporting a global team of 20-25 developers.
We used iterative sprints to create the club management system and continued to add more than 500 pages to 30 different management systems including data-heavy accounting, membership management, procurement, inventory, and many more.

Commonwealth Equity in Governance Award
I worked with a Business Intelligence (BI) developer to create designs for functional and compelling data dashboards for a diversity project. This project won the 2022 Commonwealth Equity in Governance Award. This award is 1 of 5 conferred annually by the Governor of Massachusetts. It is given annually to an employee or group of employees who have demonstrated commitment to and attainment of the principles of equity in one or more areas of government operations.
