Key accomplishments

Manages multiple projects beginning with translating requirements from

customer and stakeholder’s vision to project planning across teams.

Provides project reporting to development teams and stakeholders.

Leads and coordinates both internal team and cross-team project

meetings to monitor progress and ensure milestones are met. Builds

relationships with internal and external teams and leaders while

improving communication and information sharing. Works with teams in

order to resolve roadblocks and support development decisions.

 

• Leads and manages approximately 20 developers, UI, and UX team

members for web, iOS, and Android applications. Uses data in order to

make business decisions and influence stakeholder vision.

 

• Maintains long-term roadmap plan for team with coordination of

adjacent releases and resource allocation. Presents to stakeholders for

approval and input on a regular basis. Communicates and tracks larger

project priorities with development team to maintain alignment with

roadmap.

 

• Efficiently lead the technical implementation following the acquisition

of Carwave, as well as the merger of BacklotCars and OPENLANE.

 

• Transitioned company from a web exclusive marketplace to a mobile

first approach. Increased overall mobile platform usage by 75%.

Implemented numerous 3rd party API’s including Plaid, HelloSign, and

BlackBook. Focuses the majority of work on proper mobile UI/UX +

feature parity. Leverages collected data and drove an additional 40M in

YoY revenue through new services and fee structures within the past 2

years.

 

• Creates and maintains data dashboards in order to monitor new

features, A/B split tests, and overall usage. Ensures data is always easy

to understand/access in order to help stakeholders understand business

impact.
