Key accomplishments
Developed a novel algorithm to automate previously manual image analysis and compiled the algorithm in a full-stack solution with interactive features that automated the entire data pipeline.
Successfully developed an analytical solution to characterize the approximation of BCH methods to solve PDEs.
Managed an HPC data pipeline for cryoEM and TEM data (multi-TB per run) and developed solutions to eliminate 3rd party-dependencies and compiled applications to have an in-house machine learning platform used for 3D reconstruction of biological macromolecules from thousands of laboratory images.
