Led the creation of a prototype for a centralized data solution which has been approved for development that will save 1600 manual effort hours per year

Rebuilt the SDLC process to be more efficient, resulting in 60% less engineering requests such as defects, minor changes, and support requests for the engineers to work on. This also resulted in a 45% increase in user satisfaction with the development results.
