- Built and operated my own 24 channel recording studio right after college
- Built the worlds first multi-camera chat room – many years ago
- As a product lead and along with senior management at Archivas (Now Hitachi Vantara), I played a large role in getting the startup team from white board to release across a variety of products where it remains as a billion dollar company. I also convinced the senior staff of the importance and value of UX and grew their product teams across their core offerings.
- As lead UX Designer for ClimaCell I identified use cases that grew their business AND interviewed / presented C-Suite officers of various corporations with these concepts in order to gain their business – JetBlue, National Grid, Ford …
- At Zoll Data Systems I (1) created a custom design system for mobile patterns (2) introduced complex journey maps that identified how data moved through large suite customers and how we can improve their workflow (3) designed their core mobile/table PCR that currently is highly adopted and outpacing legacy products – will be sunsetting other tools due to the success of this mobile app.
