Some accomplishments over the years:

• Helped transfer the design system UI kit from an outside agency to Vistaprint. Supported early design systems meetings where I shared my perspective and work examples and helped give context to tracks of work in progress.
• Demonstrated enthusiasm for participating and learning new methods and ways of working and being open to receiving feedback, with a friendly and approachable working style, and I am always upbeat about the work.
• Developed a productive working relationship with my engineering partners, allowing me to engage quickly when needed to provide necessary design changes to support and keep the implementation moving forward.
• Supported the order management design sprint and was an active contributor to the sprint. Helped to explore different design directions the team came up with and created prototypes for user testing.
• Supported the development team as they worked through this redesign work.  Participated in stand-ups and helped provide direction or clarification to the team when needed.
• Worked through the updates and quickly turned around the changes needed due to changes in requirements and feedback from marketing and legal so we could work towards the final sign-off.
• Redesigned the company’s mobile app that served thousands of professional scuba divers around the world. Improved the usability and app ranking in the App Store and gave back the joy of scuba diving to users.
• Designed a brand new logbook for scuba divers to log their dives on any device and have offline accessibility. Greatly enhanced the experience while having fun logging the dives.
• Redesigned one of the most important courses that transformed recreational scuba divers into professional instructors.
• Brought UX design expertise to a collaboration with product managers, scrum masters, engineers, stakeholders, and other team members to develop and execute a product design plan.
• Collaborated with other designers to develop the design system, keeping the entire design process consistent.
