Key accomplishments

In my pursuit of excellence in the field of AI, a significant accomplishment was achieving the TensorFlow Developer (AI) Professional Certificate. This certification, held by only eight Kenyans and 4,668 professionals globally, underscored my commitment to staying at the forefront of cutting-edge technologies. It showcased my expertise in building TensorFlow models, encompassing Computer Vision, Convolutional Neural Networks, and Natural Language Processing. I demonstrated proficiency in constructing image recognition, object detection, and text recognition algorithms, utilizing real-world image data and employing strategies to prevent overfitting.

Furthermore, during my time as a Data Analyst at Mobile Financial Solutions, I honed my ability to analyze complex datasets, derive actionable insights, and effectively communicate findings to business stakeholders using a blend of data visualization and storytelling. Similarly, as a Data Scientist at Strathmore University, I showcased my skills in creating informative PowerPoint presentations, improving Power BI dashboards, and working with APIs to provide stakeholders with access to pertinent data. Notably, successfully navigating LinkedIn and Facebook ad account APIs for the Communications department exemplified my problem-solving and collaborative abilities, resulting in impactful visualizations on Power BI and a dedicated website to showcase these dashboards for the department’s benefit.
