– Created a beta version of the enterprise platform in 6 months leading a team of 15 members.
– Signed a one million USD ARR deal with ATOS (https://atos.net/en/ a global leader in digital transformation with 112000 employees and annual revenue of c. € 11 billion.) with the beta product.
– Fostered innovation through multiple activities like setting up an innovation club, helping people to form teams and building innovative add-ons or features outside their regular work. Around 60% of such add-ons become part of the core product.
– Played a significant role in pivoting to a secondary line of products, the chatbots with specific use cases to be sold to RIAs (meeting assistant, client maintenance assistant etc) other than the platform which accounts for 20% of the revenue.
– Conducted regular discussion jams to identify the challenges the employees face and helped the organisation to build a better connection with them. The employee satisfaction score improved by 50% in 6 months.
