I’m a passionate designer and researcher who lives and breathes user experience and approach my work and users with the utmost empathy. I’m currently a Senior UX Designer at BHG Financial where I lead UX efforts for approximately 4-5 distinct projects that include point-of-sale financing, loan and credit card applications, borrower portals where users manage their loans or lines of credit, and a loan auction platform used by bankers across the United States. On the daily I’m collaborating with company leaders, stakeholders, product managers, developers, and quality assurance folks.
